Growing up, I didn’t realize how easy it was to fall into bad habits. Peer pressure, stress, and lack of awareness pushed many of my friends toward addiction. I was almost on the same path until I joined a local football training camp organized by Nasha Mukt Yuva.
\r\nThrough daily practice, fitness challenges, and motivational talks, I discovered how sports build discipline and confidence. I started enjoying early morning runs, team activities, and tournaments that kept me away from negative influences.
\r\nToday, I am pursuing my studies and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, thanks to the encouragement and support from the Nasha Mukt Yuva team. They didn’t just teach me to play; they taught me to live a life free from addiction.
